Football is more than a game to me; it‘s a commitment to growth, discipline, and pushing past my limits. As a two-year varsity player on the field, I’ve learned that success comes from hard work, resilience, and being willing to do what others won‘t to make the team better. Sometimes before games, I like to listen to Bo Schembechler's, “The Team” speech. It reminds me that football isn’t an individual sport but rather a sport that creates and requires a brotherhood to succeed. I take pride in putting in the extra hours, watching film, and learning from both my successes and setbacks. I‘ve honed my skills, but I’m always looking for ways to improve. Whether it’s my technique, leadership, or supporting my teammates to rise together. Football has taught me how to face challenges head-on and stay focused on my goals, and I’m ready to bring that same drive and dedication to the next level.
