I never realized how a game could prepare you for life. I have learned great lessons from football that have shaped me into the student athlete I am today. I thought it was just a game of tackling and touchdowns, but really it’s a game of discipline, brotherhood, and teamwork.  I have always been passionate for the game, and there is no better feeling than stepping onto the field and playing the game I love. That’s why I want to play college football. I could not imagine my life without the game. I understand that I can’t play forever, and that is why I want to take advantage of the time that has been given to me. Football teaches you to give 100% on every down no matter what, and loyalty that will stick with me all my life. Life is full of opportunity, and nothing worth having comes easy. My goal is to play the game I love at the college level so I will work hard every day and push myself physically, mentally and academically to make my goal a reality.
