My name is Grant Schneider and from the time I began playing football in first grade, I've developed a passion and joy for the game. I want to continue to play in college in order to further develop my physical skills, win and have fun. In addition, I think football can enhance my growth academically in leadership, interpersonal skills, discipline, and life-long friendships that come from playing a team sport. Being a part of a college football team would be an incredible opportunity to represent my school and fulfill a life-long goal.
I am on a continuous journey to make myself better as a person, student, and football player. I pride myself on having a team first mentality by encouraging my teammates, striving for unity, and doing the hard work to be the best. I've learned to discipline myself in the classroom and do the needed work to excel and be the absolute best student athlete I can be. If I don't understand a concept, I take the extra steps out of the classroom to get better. I'm a very teachable and respectful player for my coaches and will be the hardest worker to improve each day on and off the field for my team. I desire to be a positive role model for those around me and in my community.
I am open to all opportunities that enable me to play at the highest level of competition possible that pushes me to become better every day. I play to glorify God and make my family and friends proud.
