My hard work and dedication to be the best at what I do has always been my biggest asset.  When I have a job to do on or off the field, there is not much that can stop me from doing it. I am determined to complete any task at hand.   I believe in following a structure and routine in life to remain organized and find the time to do all that I need to do at home, sports, and school.  I have learned to be a leader as this has been my household motto since I was a kid. "Always be the leader, Never the follower, Even if it means to walk away when you cannot change someone's mind"  I have lived by these instructions my Dad has always given me and it has lead me to great places, and steered me away from bad ones.
