Personal Statement
Playing football has turned me into the young man I am today. I began playing football at age 5 with flag and have never turned back. One of my biggest challenges and yet my biggest successes has been winning the starting varsity quarterback position as a freshman. As I stepped onto the field each week, I realized hard work and dedication through out the years is what gave me that opportunity. As a three-sport athlete, I have always been taught to stay positive and never give up which I believe is the key to my athletic success.
Over the years, I have been told that I have been blessed with an athletic talent of speed and strength but it wasn’t until the start of my high-school career that I believed I was on track to pursue a college football career. Being named as an All League quarter back as a freshman and sophomore ignited a fire within me to academically match my athletic success. As I enter my senior year, and we put this pandemic behind us, it is with the utmost humble gratitude that I can confidently pursue a college football career while fulfilling my academic goals within the field of law and business.
