I would view myself as a leader. I take responsibility for how my team has played, and am always trying to see what we can do to improve. I like to pay attention to the other position groups assignments as well, so when it comes down to it I can always coach them or help them. I am a firm believer in practice makes perfect, so I will never shy down extra work or film hours.
