My goal is to play college football while obtaining a degree in business. I am an outgoing person who thrives on school spirit. I am getting to embrace this by serving as Sophomore Class President. I aspire to be a strong leader and learn through teamwork to be a better person. What makes me different is my passion for football and my acceptance of all people no matter their standing in society. I was awarded the character trait of compassion by my middle school teachers for being the kindhearted protector of my peers. My freshman year in high school, my focus was to raise my academic standing. I accomplished this goal elevating my GPA and being recommended for English II honors, Biology honors, and World History honors. I know that the academic work will be difficult this sophomore year but I need to continue to perform in the classroom as well as on the field. I am excited about my OL/LG position on varsity this year and will continue to press hard during practice, work on skills for my hands and feet, and study film to learn from my successes and mistakes. I have been fortunate to be a part of a varsity sport since 7th grade as I began throwing shot put and discus. The level of camaraderie has helped me be able to play at a higher level in football as a sophomore.
