I have become the student athlete and young man I am because of the opportunities I have had throughout my sports and academic career as well as the personal relationships I have had with family, church and friends. As an eighth grader I earned a spot on my varsity wrestling team and placed at the state tournament becoming a 2x state champion my sophomore and junior year. Wrestling since I was young gave me a strong ability to win one on one, have good feet, and the toughness needed on the football field. As I love wrestling my true passion is being on the field. I was voted team captain by my peers, named a 2018 All-State Linebacker and had the opportunity to capture a state championship in the 2018 football season and runners up in 2019. I was named one of the elite 45 in the Sioux Falls Argus Leader in 2019. I thoroughly enjoy participating in combines, team and individual camps, competing and always trying to improve, build and mature.
Participating in 5 sports, active in the weight room and working in the classroom keeps me busy. Taking the next step to the collegiate level, leaving friends and family will be challenging but having the opportunity to create new relationships in college football is something I look forward to the most. I have 4 brothers, a community and family that I want to make proud. My character, leadership, and work ethic drive my athletic ability to the next level. I truly believe that I have what it takes to lead and promote any opportunity you give me and be a positive student-athlete for your school .
