Brooks Overton '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Brooks Overton. I have been playing basketball since I was five years old. Since I first stepped on the court, I have dreamed of playing at the college and pro level. I am very coachable, and tend to lead by actions and by voice, too. I am a 3 level scorer, who can knock down any open shot the defense gives me, but I can also handle the ball under pressure and facilitate to hit my open teammate off the dribble, too. One thing for sure is- no one will outwork me; I am the hardest worker and will always put my 120% effort into everything. Off the court, I am a student-athlete in the class of 2024 with a 3.8-3.9 GPA. I also volunteer at my local church, food banks, and any other (charity) events that help my community or the people in need. I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all those around me and make my parents proud.
