2015 HighlightPersonal Statement
My name is Sebastian Moritz and this season has been quite a challenge for me because I had to move to another position to help my team win. My coach talked to me about the move from SG to PG and it really was the correct move for our team. I really enjoyed the challenge. I always try to be the smartest person on the court and the best shooter. I would love to be the Point Guard or Shooting Guard to lead your team. My goal is to help a college team spread the floor which in turn will help create some lanes for the team.
I believe I can play for you because I understand the value of an education. I have been working very hard to maintain a good GPA at a very tough high school. I also attend high profile camps and continue playing multiple sports to refine my skills along with playing club basketball. I would love to continue playing basketball into college and double in Engineering and Business Administration. My hope is as I am helping you win basketball games, I can also learn more about the "business side of the game." I would love to run and manage a team someday. Maybe help design a stadium, build it, then help run it?
