I started taking basketball seriously around the beginning of my 7th grade year after playing for fun since a young age. My middle school years were messed up because of Covid so most of the time I spent working out was by myself in the driveway. After my 8th grade year which I spent playing up for my school's varsity team, my love for the sport and confidence waned, mostly due to bad experiences with a coach who was later fired. After that year, I transferred to a winning program, where we went to the semi-finals my freshman year and had an mediocre sophomore year in which I was named all conference and we came up short of the playoffs. Even though I had the most fun playing basketball I had in my life at that point for Tower Hill School, I began to realize that the state of Delaware was far behind the other states in terms of how much it's basketball could offer. I ended up reclassing to the class of 2027 and transferred to The Perkiomen School, a prep school that has everything a basketball player could ask for to develop.
At Perkiomen, I've started to develop at a rate faster than I ever have before. My coaches have experience sending kids to all levels of college basketball and are helping me grow into a player that can play in college. I plan to put my head down and work these coming years and believe I can find a college program that will fit me well.
