My long term aspiration is to play college basketball while obtaining my college degree in sports management. I would like to become a high school basketball coach and athletic director, where I can mentor youth and provide them a positive role model! I also wanted to be in a position to help others. I have a desire to learn more about the human heart and how it functions. If I’m able to play basketball beyond college that would be great but not my ultimate goal.
Character is the number one thing that drives people to be successful in life. Character is number one on my family's priority list as well as mine. It is what separates me from others because I have high character. With that being said I feel that I would be a great candidate for any school due to my ability to adapt to any environment or situation that may arise. I am a leader amongst my peers; I lead to make my teammates and the people I surround myself with better not for my individual glory! I feel that my dedication to hard work and my basketball IQ makes up for my size. I’m a very athletic student athlete who starred in two sports in my high school which was a very competitive high school . I am interested in a school that challenges me mentally and piques my interests socially.
I am also interested in attending a school with very competitive athletic programs. I have a passion for the competitive environment. I am currently competing at a highly competitive high school and performing exceptionally. Basketball is a sport I have a love for and I hope to one day have an opportunity to teach the game to the youth that has the same passion I do for this great game.
What makes me different from other recruits is my character, hard work, leadership work ethic, my athletic ability and academics? I'm very selfless and put my team before myself so that my team as a whole is successful. During my senior year I was elected Indiana central region FCA outstanding student athlete of the year.
