Dear Coach,

Basketball has been a passion of mine since I was a child, and I have dedicated countless hours to improving my skills, refining my technique, and building my strength and endurance. I am a versatile and agile player, with good passing skills, a reliable jump shot, and great finishing and touch around the rim. I also pride myself on my defensive abilities, using my speed and agility to disrupt opponents and prevent them from scoring.

As a player, I have represented North Harbour basketball, the biggest association in New Zealand, across multiple age groups. I have also gone on to represent New Zealand internationally at the 2022 FIBA Asia Cup. As of 2023, I have also won the 2023 U19 New Zealand nationals with North Harbour basketball. 

I also understand that college basketball requires a high level of commitment and dedication, both on and off the court. I am ready to meet this challenge head-on, and to work tirelessly to improve my skills, contribute to the team's success, and represent your program with pride and integrity.

Beyond my skills as a player, I am also committed to being a positive role model and leader on your team. I believe that it is important to set a good example both on and off the court, and I am dedicated to representing your program with the highest level of professionalism and sportsmanship.
