Elijah Thompson '21 Recruiting Profile

I am only a freshman in High School at this point in my life. I love sports, I have since I was a little boy growing up. I fell in love with basketball and football about 4 years ago.  Their was something about the feeling I got when I performed, and that feeling grew deeper as I got older. Basketball and football is one of my few pathways to success, along with education. Education is important in our household. I strive to do the best I can in my school work en devours.  My mom works hard helping to train and support my younger sister and I in Education and our sporting activities. She was a good athlete, so that is one of the things were share the same love for. I see myself as a respectful young man. My mom has raised me to be. I am hard working and I do not mind taking instructions and applying them. That applies to both on and off the court or field. I am willing to put in the time and effort over and beyond of what it takes to get me preforming on next level. I would love to attend college and pursue a Degree, but if I could do that while playing basketball or football, it would be a dream come true! Hopefully, one day a great Coach and Program will present itself, and my deepest dreams will become reality.
