I lead by example and through my strong voice. I am open to coaching and understand the value of each possession. I excel at running the offense, extensive court vision, creating good shots, and minimizing turnovers. I am a fierce competitor on defense, and my ultimate measure of success is winning and being a great teammate.
My personal qualities that contribute to a winning culture include coachability, accountability, leadership, mental toughness, communication, discipline, sacrifice, enthusiasm, and relentless effort on both ends of the court. While average teams desire victory, great teams are willing to do whatever it takes to win. I strive to be pushed to my limits and never settle for anything less than my best. Cheating myself is never an option; my commitment to excellence is unwavering at every stage of my development.
