Luca Fassi '23 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to attend a college that will push me academically and allow me to compete at the highest level. Diving has been my passion since I first stepped on the 1m springboard six years ago.  I've always aspired to dive at the Olympics, and after finishing second place on tower at the 2019 junior nationals and competing at the junior Pan-American Championship  for Team USA, I realized that this dream of mine could become a reality.  I am a hard worker, and have competed nationally and internationally with several coaches. Because of this, I have demonstrated that I can easily adapt to different environments and coaching styles. Outside of diving I am a very good student. I have maintained a 4.25 GPA with all honors and AP classes despite many setbacks due to Covid-19. I have high standards for myself inside the classroom and at diving, and will continue to work hard to stay competitive in both these areas.
