Hello Coaches! I am a junior and I dive for my high school and a year-round diving club. I am currently on a comeback season after a rough sophomore year. A bad thing that ended up being a good thing was injuring my knee. I had to take some time off from diving to recover and the road back to my freshman scores was rough physically and mentally. But it taught me to train safely, have patience, and just keep at it. My favorite thing about diving is scoring points for my team and I think dryland training is fun and I enjoy tramp and belt workouts. I use to be a multi-sport athlete, but have narrowed my focus to diving because I want to keep learning new dives and being part of a team beyond high school.
