Nicholas McGonagle '25 Recruiting Profile

Nicholas McGonagle, Class of 2025                                                

I work hard to be a great golfer. I love the game and the experiences I have had playing the last 4 years, especially the competitive circuit I played in the summer of 2024, earning my GHIN#: 12176096 of 0.4.  I want to always have golf in my life and share the love of golf in my professional career and life. 

   What sets me apart from the other candidates is my commitment to the game and practicing, as well as my involvement in the golf community, specifically First Tee Connecticut, where I have volunteered for 3 years.   I am also captain of my High School team, as a Junior and Senior, and I was 4th in the SCC conference in spring 2024, and MVP of my team. 

I am a leader, and respect the game and the players. I am a competitive teammate, and enjoy the camaraderie of a round of golf.  I respect there is more to learn and always areas of improvement to focus on.  I am committed to the rigor of this work, and would love to be part of a collegiate golf team.
