Matthew Gearheart '19 Recruiting Profile

I'm always up for a challenge,  and I am willing to do what it takes to build my golf career! I have been playing golf ever since I was able to walk. Growing up I played golf every chance I got. As a junior I have played on he South West Iowa Tour and the Iowa Tour, where I have had good success. As a freshman, I was number four on the varsity team. We had a great year and placed 5th at state. We were looking to place 3rd, but fell short. State was a great experience for me, and I hope to make it to state all four years of my high school career. I hope to attend a four year college, and major in Civil Engineering. I can not wait to see where my golf career takes me!
