"The Clutch". That's the name my first travel ice hockey coach, Scott Niedermayer, gave me when I received my MVP award at the end of the year. In hockey, I have earned that name over and over. I live, practice, and work for the moments when the game is on the line and I have the ability to win it for my team. When I was 11, I scored 2 double OT game-winning goals two weekends in a row. One being a tournament championship game and the other was the league championship game. At 12 years old, I scored a natural hat-trick in the last 1:06 of the District 4 final to win the game with my team 3-2. Each time that happens, I think, 'This is why I love this game.'
