Tyler Davis '27 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing ice hockey since I was seven years old.  Ever since I started, I always dreamed of playing in the NHL.  Although I know that it is a long shot for any athlete to make the NHL, playing at the collegiate level and earning a degree is very important to me. 

I am a coachable and hard-working player on and off the ice.  I encourage my teammates as well as my goalie partner to become the best players that then can be.  I work hard to lead by example when on and off the ice.  As a goalie, I feel I have a high hockey IQ that I use to support my teammates when on the ice.  

In the classroom, I enjoy Math and History.  I have worked very hard to maintain a B average.  My goal is every marking period is to achieve Honor Roll. 

When I am off the ice, I enjoy working with my personal trainer to help me reach my fitness goals.  I also enjoy playing Street Hockey for my Middle School team, playing Lacrosse in the off season and riding my bike.
