My name is Bobby Bernier. I consider myself a well-rounded person with a passion for hockey. I have played at a competitive level since I was 6 years old and I am proud to currently play for the New England Wolves in the very strong Eastern Hockey League (EHL). Throughout my career my coaches have always focused on skill development, so one of my greatest strengths is my skating ability. This has helped me in developing my play making resulting in being one of the leading scorers on every team I have played on. My teammates would consider me an unselfish team player who is a humble leader and calm under pressure. My coaches would say I am well liked by my teammates, have strong “Hockey IQ”, very coachable and I am constantly working to be a complete two-way player.
Graduating from Allen High School, I thrived at one of the biggest high schools in the country which is very academically competitive which will translate to college level academic success. Being an athlete at this level as well as maintaining all A’s and B’s in this environment I believe shows my strong work ethic, dedication, commitment and organizational skills. My goal is to play hockey in college while getting a degree at a prestigious university to ensure my success in life. I haven’t found what I want to study yet, but some of my interests include Architecture, Technology and Business. I feel that I would represent my college well because of the values my parents have instilled in me of moral character and integrity, as well as my athleticism and desire to compete!
I’d love for you to take a moment to review my profile and hope to meet you in person someday soon.
