Heath Gamarel '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Heath Gamarel, a rising Junior at Wayne Hills High School in Wayne, NJ. I am a 5'9", 180 pounds, and play Face-Off position. I also play for Evolution Lacrosse Academy during the Fall, Winter and summer seasons.

I am looking for a school where I can find a balance between the classroom and on the field. I would like to a university with a strong focus in the field of Sports Management. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could grow and make an impact on the team. I believe my best fit would be at the DII or DIII level.

I have acquired certain strengths growing up in a single-parent household. It was instilled in me, early on, to always be on time (or early, but never late). I was also taught to be responsible for my actions; whether good or bad. I hold these two characteristics to the highest degree and believe they have shaped me into the person and player I am today. I believe I have more to learn, and hope to do that while playing lacrosse at the college level.
