I started playing lacrosse my freshman year of high school. I was skeptical of the sport at first, but I thought I'd give it a shot. It seemed like it'd make a good off- season sport for football. Thanks to genetics and natural abilities, I was a relatively good freshman. So as that year went on, I played in more games and my interest for lacrosse grew deeper. After my first season, the sport completely grew on me and all I wanted to do was get better. I began committing myself to only lacrosse during the off-season. I think my coach and teammates had a huge part in in my love and hunger for the sport, and still do to this day.
I'd say the key points in my playing style is my speed mostly, but also my unexpected physicality(based off of my size) and persistency. I also feel like sportsmanship is a key factor in lacrosse, or any sport for that matter and I try to exhibit that mentality through my actions on the field. As of right now, my goal is to become a collegiate lacrosse player and I'm willing to work as hard as it takes to do so.
