Soccer has been a part of my life for the past 10+ years. I have been lucky to play with and against some of the best youth players in the country. It has built relationships for me that will last for a very long time. The game has taught me how to deal with adversity, it has boosted my mental strength and challenged it, and it has given me a chance to compete in an atmosphere where I can focus on the task at hand without any distraction. I have aspirations of playing collegiate soccer at a high level. The sport has been a very enjoyable part of my life and I want to continue it for as long as I can. I feel that I have brought a great morale and spirit to the teams I have played for during my youth. I feel as if I can offer an athletic presence and am comfortable on the ball in transition. I have recently started taking a lot more pride in grades and have realized the importance of them and how they can open doors for athletes wanting to play in college. My goal in college is to play for a competitive program, enjoy the college experience, and gain a degree at the school I attend.
