I have been playing club soccer since I was 5 years old, totaling 13 years. I have always wanted to get better, be it soccer or something else. I feel that playing soccer in college is another step on that journey. I think college soccer is a great goal to pursue. It shows leadership, commitment, and motivation. I enjoy playing soccer tremendously, and I especially enjoy the team dynamic and the long-standing friendships with my teammates
I am always striving for improvement. I think my most valuable asset and greatest strength is my tactical knowledge of the game and my ball control. I have always been a leader for my teams. I set examples for my teammates to follow. I work hard to do everything to my best ability, to challenge myself and give everyone else on my team an example. My favorite teammate is the one who pushes me to be better.
I am doing very well in school. I have excellent study and attendance habits. My transcript includes many college preparatory classes as well as 8 year-long honors classes and 4 AP classes. These classes are difficult, but they are good because they challenge me to learn more and study harder. My favorite class is AP Physics, as well as sciences in general, because I enjoy the amount of group work we do as well as the subject itself. Group work is very enjoyable because it involves a lot of teamwork, giving me many opportunities to be both a leader and a follower.
I am impartial regarding college size. I prefer to be in a city, large or small, but being outside of a city is not out of the question. My preferred field of study is computer sciences, or something alike. I am also impartial to the division of the college, be it NCAA 1-3 or NAIA. My primary objective is to find a college with good academics and a team where I can make a positive impact.
