My name is Adam Dagamseh, class of 2025. Soccer has always been and will always be my life’s passion. I have been playing soccer further than my memory can take me, playing on a team for the first time at 4 years old and I have never stopped since. I am coming up on my first full decade of playing soccer and am excited for more decades to come. My family played a key part in the development of my love for the sport, from having soccer on the tv all day long to doing our favorite team chants on the car ride to school. My passion for soccer is endless, so I’ve dedicated years to tweaking my craft and developing techniques to improve my own skills, privately training with retired professional players from Brazil and seizing every opportunity, including international tournaments in Spain, to learn as much as I can. Through the many obstacles I’ve had to face ranging from rejection to injuries, my perseverance and stubbornness in my commitment to this sport has helped me develop my strong work ethic and desire to get better every day. My commitment to juggling academics, athletics and family life, as well as approaching each of these commitments with my best foot forward, taught me time management from a young age, a skill I am now proud to possess. As evidenced by my grades, academics is also a huge part of my life. I enjoy learning and have always had a curiosity for the world around me. I am beyond excited for this next chapter in both my academic and athletic career as a college student athlete.
