Sebastian Valencia '24 Recruiting Profile

Being a hard worker is what I always implement in school and while playing the sport I love. I've always enjoyed the game, and playing soccer has always brought joy to my life. I have a strong sense of competition and like a challenge. I love to be a leader everywhere I go and I am very cool-headed and know how to control my temperament. I am also very willing to learn and easy to coach. I've learned to never settle and to constantly strive for more over the years that I've played competitive soccer. I plan on obtaining my IB diploma and having a GPA of at least 3.5 to finish high school. I want to be an extremely dedicated student-athlete in college and earn a degree I'm proud of. One of my most challenging obstacles was leaving some of my friends and joining a team where I didn't know anyone. Playing at a high level and doing what you love may cause obstacles, but it was worth it.
