Jaxon Whiddon '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello. My name is Jaxon Whiddon and I’m from Rincon,  GA.  I am currently at South Effingham High School in Guyton, GA. I am enrolled in honors as well as  AP classes and continue to maintain high academic marks. I am looking to attend a university that offers as much academically as it does athletically. 

I am a starting center back for my high school team along with my club team, Savannah United.  I am 6’1’’, have good speed , read the field  well and never back down from a player.  My coaches tell me  my strongest attribute as a player is my coachability and leadership on and off the field.  Every year I challenge myself to be better than the last, get faster and grow in my knowledge of the game. 

My goal is to be able to become a contributing factor to a college program.  Soccer has taught me that life isn’t always easy or fair but with hard work and the desire to achieve and do better you can make a difference in yourself, the game and those around you.
