2019/2020Personal Statement
My name is Dalton Jackson, and I attend Rosedale Baptist School. I am a two sport athlete, but my sole focus is playing soccer at the collegiate level.
My current high school team has a motto, "MBK." It stands for my brother's keeper. I feel this represents who I am on and off the field. I am a Senior and Varsity captain, and whether it is a fallen teammate or opposing teammate, I make sure I leave no "brother" behind. I am willing to do what is best for the team and will do anything to benefit the team within reason.
I am known as the level headed captain, keeping teammates' heads together, and turning unfortunate situations into a learning and bonding experience.
I will be honest, I'm not a straight A student, but I try my best and put effort in everything I do.
