Personal Statement

Hi Everyone.My name is Ashfaq Rahman Adil I want to get a great education and play a key role on a successful collegiate soccer team. I am a skilled, smart, and tough player. I will play anywhere on the field, but I believe that I'm best in a central Forward  (Attacking Mid  or defense). My desire and personality set me apart. I am highly motivated to achieve my potential as a player, teammate, and student. I showed my self-motivation during the COVID shutdown, regularly training and excelling in the classroom when we were forced to do things on our own. I missed my teammates, coaches, and classmates during that time, but I chose to dig in, work, and improve. I also bring a high level of leadership and preparedness to my teams. I have regularly served in captain/leader roles. Please see my several coach references - they all note my positive influence on teams, versatility, and commitment to hard work. But I don't just work hard on the field. It is very important for me to stay on top of school work. My organization and time-management skills have helped me succeed in the classroom. I love the game and I can't wait to prove myself as a student-athlete at the next level.
