Matthew Abode '20 Recruiting Profile

I want to play in a place that can offer me a good education, also that can provide me a good team to further my soccer career. I am playing at a high level of soccer right now (10th in the state as of November 29th, 2017). I am a leader in all things I do, in school and on the pitch. I set an example by not just doing my work in school, but helping my fellow classmates in subjects they don't fully understand. On the pitch, I make sure my teams head is ALWAYS in the game. You can hear me from the parking lot screaming directions at my team to make sure they are all aware of their surroundings. I always make sure my team stays positive on the field. If they do something not to par, I make sure they keep their heads high and we address the incident after the game. My leadership helps my team and classmates do their job, and they always keep me on my toes.
