My name is Christopher Grilk. I am a passionate soccer player with a winning attitude. I will do anything for my team to win. Soccer has always been a huge part of my life starting from when I was three years old. The game has always been an escape from reality where I can enjoy what I am doing while also learning valuable lessons and information which has helped me progress as a person. Soccer taught me work ethic, leadership skills, and most importantly that respect is earned and not given as a handout. The way I strive to push myself in soccer is the same way that I strive when working in the classroom. My education is extremely important to me because it is the clear path towards a future which I will enjoy the successes I have achieved. For me learning is a key part of living and if you are not learning than you will not be living the best possible life that you could be living. I want to be a lifelong learner whether it be through soccer, college, or simple classes online. There should be no cap to the amount of information I can learn in my lifetime.
