Juan Campillo Cas...Personal Statement
Growing up in Colombia made me develop a love for the sport of soccer. This sport has given me amazing opportunities and shaped me as a person. I am currently 16 years old and play for NJ Stallions Academy NPL-NL u16. I am also currently #12 on the Passaic County Technical Institute Boys Varsity team. A big goal in my life is to be able to compete at a high level in college soccer and hopefully continue my soccer career from there. I am also looking to continue my academic career which is very important to me. I believe I differ from other potential recruits.Personality wise I am hard working and optimistic. I think all my coaches can back up the work ethic and optimism I bring to a team. As an outside midfielder I believe my strengths are my ability to beat defenders on 1 on 1 and my ability to be able to generate danger down the outside wing. I am a versatile player who is comfortable playing on any wing and can also perform as a center attacking midfielder.My work ethic also allows me to be an outside midfielder who can play a role on both sides on the field. I am currently in my junior year and look forward to in two years being able to continue my education and footballing career at a great college/university.
