Hi Coaches, My name is Henry Wallison. I play for Manhattan Soccer Club's U15 ECNL side and I am in the Class of 2028. I have played soccer since I was very young. However, I did not start my club soccer career until I was around 11, a rather late start in such a competitive sphere. Since my arrival in the club soccer world, I have worked day and night to become the best all around player I can be. I have risen the ranks from the C team of my club to the A team and will outwork everyone to achieve my goals in soccer. Now, after playing almost every position on the field, I thrive in the Left back role. I was the only freshmen to make my school's varisty soccer team this year. We went on to win the NYSAIS championship, the New York state championship for private and independent schools. My goal is to now play at the collegiate level, and hopefully professional later on. My hard work can also be seen in the classroom as I have a 3.5 gpa at Riverdale Country School, an elite private school in New York City. Since 6th grade, I have been pursuing education in classical language and history. Now, in my freshmen year I have taken Latin for four years and Ancient Greek for one. Last year at my middle school, St. Bernard's School, I started a Jewish Affinity group, "The JCC", in order to make a community for Jewish students who were left confused and uncertain due to current events. Since my graduation, the group is still active and thriving. This year, I started a philosophy and self improvement club titled ATHENS. In the coming years, I hope to expand this club and use it as a tool to impact my greater community.
