Personal Statement

I was trained by professional and retired players throughout my high school and middle school career. During my high school career I was playing for two teams both trained by retired professional soccer players and did a private training session ( not really a team) with a retired professional Korean division 2 player (K-League D2).  I lived over in Korea for three years where soccer is more competitive and skilled than the US.

During my varsity career, I was not in the starting line up because of the intense competition and body size. However the coach for my team was a former player for the New York Metro (A MLS D1 team that later transformed into the New York Red Bulls), his name was Baptist-Swift. I played for a competitive traveling team named KORAM, I was in the starting line up and occasionally captain. My coach for KORAM is named Richard Scott and he played for Washington State. I was also in a team during 8th grade ( trained with high school players) called YFC, majority of my 2 years playing there I was coached by Coach Johnny. Coach Johnny works for a company called QuickGoal and often traveled to the Philippines to condition the Philippines Men's National Team for soccer. I had private training for my last few months in Korea with Coach Seyun Kim. As i stated before, Coach Kim was a former D2 player and is now an agent for South Korean Men's National team player Yun Suk-young.

With these coaches, I developed immensely over the three years i was in South Korea.  Coaches told me that I was a versatile player. Before I moved to Korea, I played striker, after living in Korea for three years I became a Wing Back ( preferably Right Back), where I help my team by playing defensively and strike when it is needed. As i said before i was trained to play defensively and attack when the time is right. Thus I believe that I would be a great member for your team as I make a lot of call outs at every minute of the game, and organize the defense. Thank you.
