Samuel Bermudez '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Samuel Bermudez and I am a 5"9" 140lb goalkeeper attending Clear Springs High School in Houston, Texas. During my freshman year I started as varsity keeper and helped lead the team to a near undefeated season with only 1 loss and winning the title as district champions.  I was additionally selected as an All-district honorable mention.  Unfortunately, our playoffs were cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic but nevertheless,  having the opportunity  to learn, adjust, and play at the pace of varsity soccer was an incredibly humbling experience and is only going to better prepare me for my upcoming season.  This year now being my second season for high school soccer, I am setting up high expectations for myself on and off the field by attending goalkeeper specific camps, private sessions, and year round training with both my Highschool and club team.
