Drew Thomas '22 Recruiting Profile

I consider it both an opportunity and obligation to be an exceptional athlete and  student.  There are so many people historically and in my family that have sacrificed so that I have the opportunity to be educated the way I have and play soccer at the level that I have played. College is my opportunity to extend gratitude and appreciation for all those sacrifices.  I like to play hard, but I have been trained to work hard too.  I give 100% of my time, talent, energy, and focus to do my very best in what I am doing at the time.  It is also important to me that the environment I am in is positive and encouraging. Through all of the difficulties, positivity and hope for a better future are what I try to focus on and encourage others to do the same.  "Work hard. Be present. Next Play" is the mantra I assert, live by, and repeat often!
