Personal Statement
My goal is to attend an institution that will challenge me, both academically and athletically. I am a well-rounded student-athlete aspiring to find myself in a position where I can have a successful career post-graduation. I pride myself on having excellent grades and believe that this discipline carries over, directly, onto the soccer pitch. Furthermore, I believe that soccer is a microcosm of life, and the lessons I learn on the field help me create successful habits off-the-pitch. I come from a family where I have been fortunate enough to see my two older siblings play soccer at the collegiate level while also obtaining a top-level education in their field of interest. While my experiences are and will be different from theirs, I believe having them as a resource will help me be better prepared for experiences that they perhaps were not.
