My name is Chandler Bergeron and I have loved swimming since I was really young. However, I never had the opportunity to compete until I joined my high school team. My love and dedication for the sport has grown. I have recruited several of the swimmers on our high school team in order to build up our program. I was a multi sport student, but decided during my sophomore year that I wanted to focus all my time on swimming. I began swimming year round with Crawfish Aquatics and we train 6 days a week. My collegiate goals are to compete at a college level and educate myself with the importance of health and physical training. I would then focus on using my knowledge of swimming and training to coach kids with the goals of becoming competitive athletes. Everything I learn from my peers and coaches I would like to pay back to the younger kids through coaching programs. I am a young swimmer and still new to the sport, but I am learning great stroke technique. My goals are to grow in this sport as a top swimmer and as a mentor for the sport.
