John Clarke '22 Recruiting Profile

I am John Clarke. I am very passionate about sports, and not just my selected sport, Track and Field, but nearly all of them. I represented my school in various sports during my time at Secondary school. Sports such as track and field, basketball. football and cricket. I love competing, the sensation, adrenaline and excitement that I feel when the wind is caressing my skin, when the crowd erupts and roars in cheering when I step on to the track and when I perform well. It makes all the vigorous training and effort I put in everyday worth it.
I am also passionate about entertaining people and simply enjoy making people laugh and smile. Therefore along with being apart of the sports industry I also want to be apart of the entertainment industry because of the enjoyment I feel when performing. I aspire to make a dent in this world and make my name known. I also want to bring positive recognition to my country Barbados and make my country proud.
I want to further my education while pursuing a career in track and field and in the entertainment industry. I plan on making all the necessary adjustments and requirements to be at the level I need to be at in order to be successful and achieving my goal.
Finally I am extremely ecstatic to start my next chapter overseas in college and enjoy the new lifestyle an culture that I will be faced with. I am excited for the future.
