Miles Ventura '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a competitor, meaning I show great attention to detail and approach everything with a winning mindset. On the track, I’m always looking to improve, and since I started running in the spring of 2024, there is plenty of room for that. I hold both my peers and I to high standards, expecting nothing but their best. In the classroom, I have that same level of desire, which has brought me to a 4.17 weighted GPA(3.82 unweighted). This year, I have further challenged myself by attending one of, if not the most academically rigorous schools in my state: the Portsmouth Abbey School. Athletics is important, but academics always comes first. Watching my parents struggle financially due to student debt, I strive towards attaining both an affordable and top tier education through my abilities in the classroom and on the track.
