Sarah Wilkins '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sarah Wilkins 2025 right handed pitcher and first baseman. I live in Alberta, Canada. My height is 5'9" and I weigh 170 lbs. I throw with my right hand while I bat from the left side as a power hitter. I am a very vocal player with a strong arm and a good sense of the game. After my time at Southern Maine Community College I wish to further my athletic and academics at a four years school. I want a school that is competitive but also understands the importance of education. The school should have a close knit team that respect each other and the coaches, a team that is like a family. I understand that each player brings skills to the team and playing time is earned. My main position is pitcher but I also want a coach that does not safety their pitchers, someone that will hit them or put them in another position if they can play it well. Through the years I have played in many different positions, as I got older I became in love with pitching and first base, however I still believe I am a well rounded player. Softball is my passion I fell in love with it when I was four years old after seeing my older sister play I knew it was where I belonged.
