My name is Rayne Corona, I am half Thai and half Mexican American I currently reside in San Fernando, California. I attend Cesar E. Chavez Learning Academies (ASE) and I graduate in the class of 2022. I have been playing softball since I was 4 years old and I have been in love with the sport ever since. My primary position is Centerfield but I also play right and left and my secondary position is Second base. My goal is to get a great education while still being able to play competitive softball at the collegiate level. Attending college is very important to me and my future. I am a 4.0 student looking forward to my College education and taking my passion for the game of softball to it's highest level. I plan to major in criminal justice, graduate with my degree, become and a police officer, and move on to become a detective or an FBI agent.
I believe I would be a great fit in any college softball program because I am very well versatile...when I want something I am willing to work my hardest to get it under any circumstance. I am very coachable with a great attitude who gives 110% at all times. I work hard at any position or situation I am put in, I am a leader when it comes to being on a team and I work well with others. I am always there for my teammates... I make sure to pick them up and have their backs on and off the field just like how I would with my family. I have very high standards for myself academically and athletically. I would like to accomplish and learn as much as possible while keeping my goals high. I have a great work ethic and mindset when it comes to this sport.
Thank you !!
