My name is Janae Arcos and I‘m a junior at San Fernando Senior High School in San Fernando, CA. I play outfield and second base for both my high school and travel ball teams. I’ve had the privilege of traveling and competing at the PGF level with my current team So Cal Choppers (Ashley) and previous teams Panthers Gold (18U), Panthers Gold (16U), and Bownet-Acosta (14U).
I plan to use my academic performance and softball skills to earn admittance to a top level University majoring in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. My commitment to softball and training has never affected my academic performance. I am a student-athlete who has been in the magnet program all three years of High School and has kept a 4.0 GPA or higher each year. Currently, I have a 4.2 GPA all while taking both Honors and AP classes, college courses, and tutoring the youth in math and English. I strive to be the best version of myself in all that I do, meanwhile still learning and adjusting to life lessons and open opportunities.
