Elana Roush '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to be able to play softball at a college level and to grow as a person and as a player. I would be a good candidate because I am willing to learn more, and I always give 100% effort in everything. I am different from other athletes because I have the desire to win and never give up when things get hard. When on the mound, I move the ball and have good speed. At the plate, I consistently hit the ball hard and solid. I also play third and shortstop but am open to playing any role that the team needs.  I put in a lot of work to get better because I want to thrive every day.  I routinely maintain A’s and B’s in all of my coursework including my honors classes, making me not only a good athlete but also a good student.  My long-term academic/professional goal is to become a physical therapist.
