Softball is not only a sport, but it is also a way of life. Playing softball has taught me the importance of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. Being a part of a team has allowed me to develop my leadership skills while also learning how to support and encourage others. Softball has given me a sense of community and belonging that I cherish. I am also an academic honor roll student and a 2 sport athlete who has the dedication for the recruitment process. I hope to continue playing softball in college so that I can continue to grow as a player and as a person.
