Skyeler Balog '12 Recruiting Profile

My junior year high school season just ended and travel ball is only two weeks away. The past season our team did not reach its full potential. I had the honor of being a captain along side another senior out of three. I truly worked my hardest and had an over-all good year individually. However, some of my teammates could not get it together. I had the highest batting average which was .387, on base percentage .441 and slugging percentage was .613. I also had 8/8 stolen bases and also 7 RBIs. Towards the end of the year my team and I started to do very well and I have all the faith in the world that we can come back strong and do great next season. With us playing together in the fall out dynamic will be a lot better and we will be more of a team. I am extremely excited for travel ball and playing every weekend and practicing hard. I plan to continue my hard work and improve my stats not only for myself but for my team. We are going to be very successful this summer because of our great work ethic and connection.
