My name is Natalie Hill, I am currently in the graduating class of 2026 at Lampeter-Strasburg High School. I play for the Lampeter-Strasburg softball team and my travel ball team is Aftershock of Lancaster 18u. The past eleven years, softball has been a huge part of my life. It has taught me many valuable lessons and has given me teammates who I get to call my best friends. Ever since I started playing travel softball, there have been many ups and downs. All of the countless hours being put in, all of the errors I have, all of the struggles I have, and all of the slumps I can go through, have taught me that failure is a part of the game and life. Failing at something makes me want to work harder so I do not keep doing the same thing over and over again. In my opinion, I am a very hard worker and that is something I take pride in. I strive to get better every practice, lesson, or even workout I go to. My goal is to get 1 percent better every single time.
