Ava Vaughn '25 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for reviewing my profile. I love the game of basketball. It has taught me so much and some of the things I have learned I know will help me in life beyond basketball including leadership, teamwork and how to overcome challenges.  I look forward to playing in college and then hopefully after college, I can continue to be involved in the game with coaching younger players and helping mentor future college players in my community. I want to help future players learn, love the game and play in college. I have been playing since 3rd grade and train almost every day year round. I pride myself on being an excellent shooter and work on my training daily including shooting hundreds of shots. I played high school my freshman and sophomore year and finished in the top 15 in the Lancaster Lebanon league for 3 point shooting with 33 3's for the season and was also named second team all-star for my section by Lancaster Newspapers (LNP) for my sophomore season.
